Terms of Service
The terms governing use of this website and the general terms under which we provide dispatch and back office services.
Updated September 22, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to truckservsolutions.site and describe the general terms under which Trucking Services Solutions Corp. provides dispatch, compliance and back office services. By using this website or engaging our services you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
Trucking Services Solutions Corp. is a truck dispatch and carrier support company located at 1131 SW 74 Ave, Miami, FL 33144, serving motor carriers throughout the continental United States.
2. We Are Not A Freight Broker
We provide dispatch and administrative services as the agent of the carrier under a written agreement. We do not hold freight broker authority, we do not take title to or possession of freight, we do not arrange transportation in our own name, and we do not hold or disburse freight payments. All rate confirmations and contracts of carriage are between the carrier and the broker or shipper. This distinction is explained further on our Carrier Agreement Terms page.
3. Website Use
- Use this site for lawful purposes only.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorized access to the site.
- Do not copy, scrape or republish site content without written permission.
- Do not submit false information or use our forms for unsolicited commercial messages.
4. Information Is Not An Offer
Prices, percentages, ranges, timelines, lane examples and rate information on this website, including on the homepage and pricing page, are general information for planning. They are not quotes, offers or guarantees of freight availability, rate levels or earnings.
5. Engagement Of Services
- Submitting a form on this website is an inquiry, not an engagement.
- No dispatch or compliance service begins until a written service agreement is signed by both parties.
- Your signed agreement controls over anything said verbally or shown on this website.
- We may decline to work with any carrier, including one whose authority or insurance is not in good standing.
6. Carrier Responsibilities
You remain the motor carrier at all times and remain solely responsible for:
- Maintaining active operating authority and required insurance without lapse
- Compliance with all FMCSA, DOT and state regulations
- Safe and legal operation of your equipment
- Hours of service compliance and accurate logs
- Accepting or declining every load we present
- The condition, maintenance and inspection of your equipment
- The conduct and qualification of your drivers
- All obligations you accept under a rate confirmation you sign
7. Fees And Payment
Fees are set out in your service agreement. Government and agency filing fees are separate, disclosed before submission, and paid to the agency rather than to us. Invoices are due on receipt unless your agreement states otherwise. Past due balances may accrue interest and collection costs as permitted by Florida law. We may suspend service on accounts that fall materially past due.
8. No Guarantee Of Results
Freight rates and volumes are set by market conditions beyond our control, including seasonality, fuel prices, capacity, weather and economic factors. We do not guarantee any level of revenue, rate per mile, load volume, weekly gross or profitability. We do not guarantee that any regulatory filing will be approved, or that any audit or inspection will produce a particular result.
9. Third Party Conduct
We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of brokers, shippers, receivers, factoring companies, consortium administrators, insurers or government agencies. That includes broker nonpayment, detention a broker refuses to pay, load cancellations, agency processing delays and shipper conduct at a facility.
10. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non public business information confidential and use it only for the purposes of the engagement. This survives termination of the agreement.
11. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost freight, lost profit, downtime, fines, penalties or cargo claims.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims arising from your operation of your motor carrier business, including cargo claims, accidents, regulatory violations, driver conduct and obligations you accepted under a rate confirmation.
13. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including hurricanes, severe weather, flooding, power or network loss, labor disruption, government shutdown or action, or failures of third party systems including load boards and agency portals.
14. Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice as set out in the service agreement. Termination terms, including handling of loads already booked and fees already earned, are covered on our Carrier Agreement Terms page.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless your service agreement provides otherwise.
16. Changes And Contact
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted with an updated date. Where a signed service agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.
