Our story
Built around the part of trucking nobody warns you about
Most people who buy a truck understand the driving. What blindsides them is everything else. The load board at midnight. The broker who will not answer. The detention you never invoiced. The compliance letter from FMCSA that arrives when you are 900 miles from your filing cabinet. The factoring company waiting on a signed bill of lading you left in the cab.
Trucking Services Solutions Corp. exists for that side of the business. We are the office a one truck operation cannot afford to hire and a three truck fleet cannot afford to go without. Based in Miami, working freight in all 48 states, and structured so the carrier keeps control of the truck while we take the desk work.
We work with owner operators running their first year and with fleets that outgrew a spouse handling the paperwork at the kitchen table. The problems are the same, just at different scale.

How we operate
Six things we hold to
The truck is yours
We never book a load without your approval on the rate and the lane. You can refuse anything for any reason. We advise, you decide, every single time.
Broker credit first
We check payment history and credit before we book, not after you deliver. A high rate from a broker who does not pay is not a high rate.
Bill everything earned
Detention, layover, TONU, extra stops, tarping and lumper fees get invoiced. Carriers lose thousands a year by letting these slide.
Same day paperwork
Your rate confirmation, BOL and invoice go out the same day we receive them, because your factoring advance waits on that paperwork.
Honest about rates
We will not quote you a revenue number to win your business. The market is what it is, and we tell you what your lanes are actually paying.
Compliance is not optional
We track what is due before it is late. An out of service order or a missed biennial update costs more than a year of compliance service.

Our carriers
The mix is mostly small. That is deliberate. A large fleet has its own dispatch department. The carriers who gain the most from what we do are the ones where the owner is also the driver, or where the fleet is small enough that a single bad week shows up immediately.
