Dry Van
Miami to Atlanta
Steady outbound volume year round. Short enough to turn in a day and reload, which is what makes it work rather than the rate itself.
Home / Dispatch
How our dispatch service actually works, what we negotiate on your behalf, and what you can expect week to week.
The service
We act as your agent under a written dispatch agreement. That means our obligation runs to you, the carrier. We are not a freight broker, we do not hold freight authority, and we never sit between you and your money. The rate confirmation is signed between you and the broker, and the broker pays you or your factoring company directly.
Day to day, that looks like this. We search the boards and our direct relationships for freight that fits your equipment, your location and your hours. We negotiate the rate. We check the broker's credit and payment history. We send you the rate confirmation for approval. Once you accept, we handle the setup, the check calls if the broker requires them, and the paperwork on the back end.
You drive. You keep control of what you haul. We handle every conversation you do not want to have at a truck stop at nine at night.
Weekly rhythm
We map your week before it starts, based on where you are, your available hours and where you want to end up Friday.
Loads are sourced and negotiated, then sent to you for approval. Nothing is committed until you say yes to the rate and the lane.
We handle broker check calls, appointment changes, delays and any problem at the dock so you are not making those calls.
Paperwork submitted same day, accessorials invoiced, next load already lined up so you are not sitting empty waiting on us.
Lanes and freight
Filter by equipment. These are lanes and freight types we run week in and week out, with honest notes on what each one demands.
Dry Van
Steady outbound volume year round. Short enough to turn in a day and reload, which is what makes it work rather than the rate itself.
Reefer
Winter and spring produce out of Homestead and Immokalee heading north. High volume, tight appointments, strong rates in season.
Flatbed
Steel, pipe and building material along the Gulf. Securement and tarping requirements checked before we commit you to the load.
Dry Van
The I-95 run into the Mid Atlantic. Rates hold up if you can handle metro delivery windows and appointment discipline.
Hotshot
Class 3 to 5 gooseneck work across the Southeast. Smaller loads, faster turns, a broker pool most services do not know.
Power Only
Pulling broker trailers on dedicated programs. Lower rate per mile, far less time under the dock, and predictable weeks.
Flatbed
Construction and agricultural equipment moves, including light over dimensional work with permits coordinated.
Reefer
Temperature critical freight with continuous monitoring requirements. Higher paying, and unforgiving on paperwork.
Dry Van
Chicago and the Ohio valley. Consistent volume for carriers willing to run north out of Florida and reload back.
Lane descriptions are examples of freight we handle, not guarantees of availability or rate. Freight markets move constantly and no dispatcher controls them.
Where money is lost
When a carrier comes to us frustrated that the truck is busy but the bank account is not growing, it is almost always one of these four.
Dispatch works when it runs both directions. Here is our side of the ask.
Carriers who do these six things consistently earn noticeably more with us than carriers who do not, and the gap is not small.
Dispatch questions
On percentage plans, we invoice you our agreed percentage of the gross line haul after the load delivers. On flat weekly plans, we invoice a fixed amount per truck per week. We do not take payment from the broker and we never deduct from your settlement, because your money goes to you.
No. Our percentage applies to gross line haul only. Fuel surcharge, detention, layover and other accessorials are yours in full, including the ones we bill on your behalf.
Then we do not book it. Nothing is committed without your approval on the rate and the lane. You are the carrier and the decision is always yours.
No. We dispatch carriers operating under their own active MC and USDOT authority with their own insurance. If you are leased onto a carrier, your dispatch comes from them.
No, and be careful with anybody who does. Rates move with the market, with season, with fuel and with your own hours and reliability. We can tell you honestly what your lanes are paying right now and work to put you at the top of that range.
We keep the ratio deliberately low so your dispatcher knows your truck, your preferences and your hours position without looking it up. A dispatcher juggling forty trucks is booking from a list, not planning your week.
Tell us what you run, where you run it and what you want to earn. We will tell you honestly what we can do for you.
