Real numbers for dispatch, compliance and back office work. No setup fees on dispatch and no long term contract.
Packages
Four ways carriers work with us
Percentage or flat fee on dispatch, compliance on its own, or the startup bundle if you do not have authority yet.
Dispatch Only
- Load sourcing on all major boards
- Rate negotiation on every load
- Broker credit and payment checks
- Carrier packet setup with brokers
- Week ahead route planning
- Detention and accessorial billing
- Same day paperwork submission
- No setup fee, no minimum term
Percentage depends on equipment type and lane difficulty. Flatbed and reefer sit higher than dry van because the work is higher.
Dispatch & Compliance
- Everything in Dispatch Only
- Full DOT compliance management
- Driver qualification file upkeep
- Drug and alcohol consortium included
- IFTA quarterly filing included
- MCS-150 and UCR handled
- Invoice submission and AR follow up
- Priority access to the dispatch desk
Flat weekly fee, so your cost does not climb when you have a strong week. This is the plan most multi truck carriers end up on.
Compliance Only
- Driver qualification files
- Drug and alcohol program administration
- Clearinghouse queries and reporting
- Medical certificate tracking
- MCS-150, UCR and inspection tracking
- Deadline alerts before they are due
- Audit preparation support
For fleets that dispatch themselves but do not want to run the compliance calendar.
New Authority Bundle
For drivers going independent. MC and USDOT filing, BOC-3 process agent, insurance filing coordination, UCR registration, IFTA license application, driver qualification file setup, drug and alcohol enrollment, and the first 30 days of dispatch included.
from $1,250 one timeGovernment and state filing fees are separate and paid directly to the agency. Typical authority becomes active in three to five weeks.
Multi Truck Pricing
Fleets of three trucks and up are quoted individually. Pricing generally improves per truck with volume, and larger fleets often move to a flat monthly arrangement covering dispatch, compliance and billing across the whole operation.

Billing terms
How payment works
- Dispatch on percentage is invoiced weekly, after loads deliver
- Flat weekly plans are invoiced every Monday for that week
- Compliance and monthly services are invoiced on the first of the month
- One time filings are paid before we submit to the agency
- Government and state filing fees are separate and go directly to the agency
- We never deduct from your settlement and never hold your freight money
- Invoices are due on receipt unless your agreement states otherwise
- There is no setup fee on dispatch service
Cancellation, notice periods and what happens to loads already booked are covered in our Carrier Agreement Terms.
Percentage or flat? Honest guidance.
Percentage suits you if your revenue swings week to week, you are new and still finding your footing, or you run seasonally. You pay less in slow weeks, which is when it matters.
Flat weekly suits you if you run consistent high revenue. Once a truck is grossing past roughly $6,000 a week, a flat fee is usually the cheaper arrangement, and your cost stops climbing with your success.
Tell us your recent gross and we will tell you which one is actually cheaper for you, including when the answer costs us money.
Pricing questions
Before you call
Why is the percentage a range and not one number?
Equipment and lane difficulty. Dry van on established lanes is straightforward work and sits at the low end. Flatbed with securement requirements, reefer with tight appointments, over dimensional permits and hard to cover lanes take significantly more of a dispatcher's day, and price accordingly.
Are there hidden fees?
No. Our fee is in your agreement. Government filing fees are separate, disclosed up front, and go to the agency rather than to us. We do not mark them up.
Do you charge when I am down for repairs?
On percentage plans, no load means no fee. On flat weekly plans, tell us and we will suspend billing for a truck that is genuinely out of service rather than charging you for a week we did not work.
Is there a setup fee?
Not for dispatch. One time filings such as authority setup are priced individually because real work and real agency fees are involved.
Am I locked into a contract?
There is a written agreement, but no minimum term. Either side can end it with written notice per the agreement. We would rather keep carriers because the service works than because they cannot leave.
Do you offer a trial?
The percentage plan is effectively the trial. If we do not find you good loads, we do not earn. That is the arrangement working the way it should.
Keep the wheels turning
Tell us what you run, where you run it and what you want to earn. We will tell you honestly what we can do for you.
