Onboarding checklist

Have these ready

  • MC and USDOT numbers
  • Certificate of insurance
  • Completed W-9
  • Equipment year, make, VIN and trailer type
  • Driver license and medical card
  • Factoring company details, if you factor
  • Lanes and states you will and will not run

With all of this in hand, onboarding takes a day. Missing insurance is the single most common hold up.

Coverage

Where our carriers are based

Our office is in Miami, but dispatch is not a local service. We work with carriers based anywhere in the 48 states.

South Florida

Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. Our home market, with strong produce and port drayage connections.

Florida statewide

Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Fort Myers and the Panhandle, plus the agricultural corridors inland.

Southeast

Georgia, the Carolinas, Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee, where a large share of our outbound freight terminates.

Nationwide

Carriers based anywhere in the continental United States. Your home base affects your lanes, not your ability to work with us.

Keep the wheels turning

Tell us what you run, where you run it and what you want to earn. We will tell you honestly what we can do for you.
